How Transforming the MMTC App Drove Significant User Growth.

•Streamlined lead-to-shipment workflows with a user-friendly website and admin dashboard, enhancing efficiency.
•Simplified Myrsa's UI, boosting organizer-venue connections and streamlining event booking.
•Led UI/UX for Rewardwale, enhancing user engagement and empowering merchants with analytics.
•Designed a visually engaging website for Jade Design House through close client collaboration.

Iteeha Coffee brings the diverse flavors of Indian specialty coffee directly to consumers through a wide variety of beans and blends, often in their own stores. They emphasize quality sourcing, sustainability, and a richer coffee experience.

In this project, I had the opportunity to develop the Iteeha App from scratch, a new platform designed to enhance customer loyalty and convenience for Iteeha Cafe. The focus throughout the was on creating a visually engaging and user-friendly design to deliver a seamless experience for Iteeha's customers.

I'm the UX/UI Designer for this project. I collaborated with another UX/UI Designer (Pankaj) who guided me throughout the project's duration.

Due to the tight two-week deadline, I had to maintain constraints and conduct focused, limited research for this project.

The primary users of the cafe are diverse, ranging from the busy professional (Seema) seeking quick and efficient solutions. A enthusiasts (Food Blogger Hemant) who are driven by exploration, quality, and sharing their experiences.

To map the existing digital landscape and identify opportunities for Iteeha Coffee, I embarked on a journey through the user flows of key competitors: the established giant Starbucks, the specialty-focused Blue Tokai, and the rapidly growing Third Wave Coffee. &nbsp;My exploration spanned the entire user journey, from the initial screen tap to the final flow completion, aiming to understand their strategies for user engagement and feature implementation.

To architect a compelling loyalty experience for Iteeha's customers, I immersed myself in the digital journeys of competitors like Starbucks, Blue Tokai, and Third Wave Coffee.

Through this exploration, I identified recurring patterns and innovative approaches to rewarding customer loyalty.

Inspired by these insights and fueled by a brainstorming session focused on seamless integration, I crafted a user flow for Earning Loyalty Points and Making a Purchase.

This project, my second assignment for 10kdesigners Cohort 8, challenged us to redesign&nbsp; a landing page from a selection of 44 startups, offering a valuable opportunity to showcase&nbsp; my visual design skills and deepen my understanding of the design process. My journey _merakkki_&nbsp; has always been about exploring the boundless world of art. I love diving into different mediums, from the watercolors to resin . Each piece I create, each artwork I discover, feels like have a hidden story, a shared human experience. But I've also seen how the art world can feel exclusive , only exclusive to few . That's why the concept of Fractiv resonates with me. It's about breaking down those barriers, making art ownership something everyone can experience, not just admire . Imagine, instead of a select few owning a masterpiece, a community of art lovers co-owning it, sharing in its beauty and its potential growth.
