Iteeha Coffee brings the diverse flavors of Indian specialty coffee directly to consumers through a wide variety of beans and blends, often in their own stores. They emphasize quality sourcing, sustainability, and a richer coffee experience.

In this project, I had the opportunity to develop the Iteeha App from scratch, a new platform designed to enhance customer loyalty and convenience for Iteeha Cafe. The focus throughout the was on creating a visually engaging and user-friendly design to deliver a seamless experience for Iteeha's customers.

I'm the UX/UI Designer for this project. I collaborated with another UX/UI Designer (Pankaj) who guided me throughout the project's duration.

Due to the tight two-week deadline, I had to maintain constraints and conduct focused, limited research for this project.

The primary users of the cafe are diverse, ranging from the busy professional (Seema) seeking quick and efficient solutions. A enthusiasts (Food Blogger Hemant) who are driven by exploration, quality, and sharing their experiences.

To map the existing digital landscape and identify opportunities for Iteeha Coffee, I embarked on a journey through the user flows of key competitors: the established giant Starbucks, the specialty-focused Blue Tokai, and the rapidly growing Third Wave Coffee. &nbsp;My exploration spanned the entire user journey, from the initial screen tap to the final flow completion, aiming to understand their strategies for user engagement and feature implementation.

To architect a compelling loyalty experience for Iteeha's customers, I immersed myself in the digital journeys of competitors like Starbucks, Blue Tokai, and Third Wave Coffee.

Through this exploration, I identified recurring patterns and innovative approaches to rewarding customer loyalty.

Inspired by these insights and fueled by a brainstorming session focused on seamless integration, I crafted a user flow for Earning Loyalty Points and Making a Purchase.

Example: Priya's Rewarding Iteeha Experience

Earning Points (Seamless Recognition): Priya's regular purchase automatically earns her loyalty points.

App Engagement (Personalized Overview): Upon opening the app, Priya sees her updated loyalty points and wallet balance. Location awareness enhances the home screen.

In-Store Payment (Multiple Options): Tapping "Pay in store" presents a barcode, loyalty points usage, and wallet balance.

Smooth Transaction: Easy payment via wallet if sufficient; intuitive guidance for top-up if needed.

Imagine a new customer opening the Iteeha Coffee app for the very first time.

The Iteeha Coffee app welcomes users with a logo and splash screen, followed by login/signup and profile creation. It then detects their location to personalize the experience, leading them to the home screen.

From the home screen, users can access key features like the Store Locator, Notifications, their Wallet (for balance and payments), the Reward Section (loyalty program), and a More section for profile and settings. The home screen itself provides a quick overview of their loyalty status, wallet, and available offers.

Essentially, the app flow is designed for easy access to location finding, loyalty management, and payment options, all centered around a personalized home screen.

Goal 1 :&nbsp;Driving User Loyalty Through Rewards&nbsp;

To effectively introduce and encourage user adoption of the Iteeha App's new loyalty program, clearly highlighting the benefits of earning rewards.

The loyalty program is designed to increase user engagement and retention through rewarding progression, strengthen brand connection with personalized experiences, and drive increased spending by incentivizing higher loyalty levels and perks.

Goal 2:&nbsp;Introducing Easy Wallet Top-Ups &amp; Payments&nbsp;&nbsp;

To successfully introduce and drive user adoption of the Iteeha App's Wallet feature, emphasizing its ease for top-ups and payments.

This feature will enhance the user experience by providing a convenient and secure way to manage payments and top-ups, leading to smoother transactions and potentially increased in-app spending.

Goal 3:&nbsp;Facilitating Easy Discovery of Nearby Cafes

To provide users with a seamless and intuitive way to locate nearby Iteeha Coffee cafes, enabling them to quickly find a convenient location based on proximity and operational status.

This feature will enhance the user experience by providing a quick and easy way to find the nearest Iteeha Coffee locations. This can lead to increased foot traffic to stores from users on the go and greater convenience for all customers looking for a nearby cafe.

Even with a tight two-week deadline, targeted research of the competitive landscape and user needs provides valuable direction.

Designing key features like the loyalty program and wallet with clear goals (driving loyalty, enabling easy payments) and anticipated impacts is crucial for success.

Recognizing and designing for the needs of different user personas leads to a more inclusive and effective application.

Avoid delaying decisions- instead, move forward, seek feedback from senior team members, and iterate on the design based on that input.
